I have been meaning to write for ages to let you know how very happy we all are with the pool enclosure over Mum’s pool. We have been swimming constantly now since it was installed in mid August and have notched up a few pool parties also!

It has, without any doubt, changed the way we all use the pool and definitely extended the amount of use the pool gets. Most importantly, Mum who is as you know nearly 82 is now swimming every day which is really fantastic. She especially loves that it is lovely and warm inside the enclosure when she is getting in and drying off after her swim, even if it is nippy or windy outside.

We both love the beautiful environment it creates inside - sometimes Mum and I sit inside it and chat just because it is a lovely place to be! On a rainy day it is magical and on the cold spring days it was fantastic to be able to walk inside and instantly feel like we were on a tropical island – it really is very special.

Now that we are into summer we have noted that it also provides UV protection while swimming and that is a real plus. Being able to sit out of the breeze or sun while watching the girls swimming is also really comfortable and being able to open up different segments depending on the outside conditions is really handy. Mum (wonky hip and all) is managing these no problem at all (as you said!).

On behalf of Mum and myself thank you very much for the time spent planning the design and working out what was best for Mum’s specific needs.

This stunning - Ravena High Pool Enclosure - was installed for the homeowners following a mountain bike accident. The family wanted to construct a shelter that would weatherproof their pool for daily water therapy rehabilitation sessions. 

The Ravena Pool Enclosure has delivered. Water therapy is accessible any day of the year including right throughout the middle of winter.

As an added bonus, the homeowners grandchildren, who were previously reluctant swimmers, now spend hours and hours swimming inside the warm, sheltered enclosure!

Moores Valley - Oceanic High Pool Enclosure - was awarded GOLD at the 2025 SPASA Awards in the 'Innovative Project Category'.

The homeowners incorporated this stunning Pool Enclosure into a home renovation to extend the swimming season for their extended family. Now their children, grandchildren, and indeed, the homeowners themselves, enjoy indoor or outdoor swimming without worrying about the weather.

They mention partially opening the enclosure over summer and spring for indoor/outdoor flow, wind shelter and shading.

A special feature of this project is the Pool Enclosure is attached to a section of the home. This means people can walk from the house into the enclosure. 

The All Seasons Holiday Park - Laguna Pool Enclosure - is much enjoyed by thousands of guests every year. 

Park owners, Barry and Sue price, upgraded their existing outdoor pool to weatherproof swimming across all four seasons of the year.

With a year now gone since you installed our Pool Enclosure we thought it high time to contact you to thank you for your service.

The pool has worked a treat with increased customers, and customers staying longer. The comfort of natural heating ie no wind chill, has been a big factor in this coupled with the fact that we can now heat the pool at an economic cost all year round.

I must admit that when we signed up for the Enclosure our hearts were in our mouth. We parted with a sizable deposit to someone we did not know in the middle of the recession, however we also have to compliment you on the way the transaction was handle at your end:

• We were kept fully informed as to the progress including the date it left the overseas factory.
• You kept us informed as to the likely arrival date and were 100% accurate.
• On arrival to NZ, the Enclosure was delivered immediately and promptly built to an excellent standard.

We have to say this was one of the few projects we undertook in upgrading All Seasons Holiday Park – Rotorua that went without a hitch.

This classy - Terra Pool Enclosure - was awarded Gold at the 2024 SPASA Awards in the 'Indoor or Enclosed Pool' category. South Pacific Pool Enclosures worked in conjunction with one of New Zealand's best pool companies, Ultimate Pools, on this outstanding project.

"If you want year-round use of a pool in the Wellington region an enclosure is a must have! The enclosure has its own climate providing your own piece of paradise."

It is a delight to be able to swim rain or shine, and on a still day sliding back the sections creates a whole new space to relax in.

We needed to be able to use our pool in the colder months to help with arthritis and the enclosure means we can use the pool for up to 11 months of the year. It reduces leaf litter and pine needles to almost zero, saving a lot of time in terms of cleaning the water. Pool chemicals are kept stable with the pool being undercover. In summer there is very little need to heat the pool with water temperature in low-mid 30s without using heating and the air temperature in the high 30s we swim with the doors open and a cool breeze coming through.
